Mediterranean Weight Loss Diet

The Mediterranean diet has been synonymous with a 70% higher life expectancy and supports an 80% chance of superior quality of life. It omits processed foods and its prime focus is utilising fresh, seasonal produce, preparing portion controlled vegetables, reduced amounts of red meat with an emphasis on the intake of lean meats, poultry and omega 3 rich proteins such as fish, and is predominantly GF and sugar/fructose free. Lean Balanced Choice Option

The average kcal intake is between 1150 and 1250 daily (from 6 meals a day).

This meal plan will provide you with all the necessary nutrition, protein, fatty acids and carbs your body needs, but in portion-controlled quantities that will not pack on the pounds. Balanced Choice Option

The average kcal intake is between 1500 and 1600 daily (from 6 meals a day).

This meal plan basically offers the same as the Lean Balanced Choice Option, but slightly bigger portions. It incorporates all the necessary nutrition (protein, fatty acids and carbs) your body needs. The food is comfortably familiar with traditional South African spicing and preparation (without frying). Hungry Balanced Choice Option

The average kcal intake is between 1800 and 1900 daily (from 6 meals a day).

This meal plan option gives you even more calories like the previous ones. will provide you with all the necessary nutrition, protein, fatty acids and carbs your body needs, but promotes weight maintenance rather than weight loss. BODY EXTREME MEALS

The average kcal intake is between 2200kcal and 2400kcal daily; an average 150g - 170g protein, 40g – 60g fat and up to 200 - 250g carbohydrates (excluding supplements).

This eating plan is only available to committed fitness individuals or professional sports people.
The meal plan is designed with advice from our personal trainer and the focus is on calorific and nutritional intake that promotes muscle growth.

NAUGTY MEALS

Naughty meals are for those days when calories simply don't matter, because you've got wicked food thoughts on your mind. These more-ish gourmet meals, designed by Executive Chef Max Bothe, are packed with flavour to delight your palate and satisfy your stomach.

Among the mouth-watering options for those chilly days are smoked salmon cream linguine, mozzarella stuffed meatballs in a tomato and basil sauce and beef and butternut stew with mashed potatoes.
The Naughty Meals are only options but not a meal plan.

Fitness Plan

Your lean-muscle building meal plan with supplements (whey protein and multivitamin for athletes).

If you train hard and want to gain lean muscle or cut down body fat, this is the perfect eating style for you. This meal plan will help you to maintain muscle mass but reduce body fat or grow lean muscle mass.

Nutritionally: 165g - 190g protein, 120g – 140g carbs, 55g – 75g fat and +- 1800 kcal.
