Can I suspend my subscription

Yes, anytime. You can suspend it for a day or days even if you are on holiday for weeks. You have 3 months to use up your subscription. Please note we require 3 business days prior notification. i.e. Monday suspension request have to be submitted on the week before Wednesday. The suspended days will be credited back to your account.

Can I order meals for specific days only?

Yes. By default we serve your meals every consecutive week day. This includes Public Holidays. If you require a custom solution you will have to submit a request.

How do I get my upcoming menu in advance?

The menus are available weekly in advance. We will email them to our customers in a Microsoft Excel sheet every Monday or Tuesday. This menu will show you the meals for the following week. In some of our meal plans we offer different selections. If this applies to you and you want to change your selection you will have to return your menu to us by Wednesday midnight. If you miss this cut off time or do nothing you will receive the default selection. Please note we reserve the right to change the menu without prior notice. This will only occur due to stock shortages, strikes and other reasons beyond our control.

What time will food be delivered?

Your delivery depends on your location. The estimated frame time can be confirmed by our office. However the delivery time is our best estimation. There are circumstances beyond our control which can have an affect on our delivery schedule. You will be provided with the driver's phone number to make sure you can connect anytime.

How do I make payment?

Payment can only be made electronically (EFT) to our bank account in advance for the full subscription period. The account details are on the invoice you receive. Or you can pay cash in full directly to the driver on your first delivery day. Please note part or daily payments are not accepted.

I have some food allergies. What can we do about it?

No problem, in most cases we can help you You will need to indicate your allergies when you place your order online. Please note we might charge a 10% surcharge for customising your meals.
